Shipping and Handling
US Orders: Free Priority Mail for regular priced programs. US Priority Mail delivery in 1 - 3 business days. Free shipping to mail Careerfinder testing materials back for scoring (USA orders only).
International Orders: $25.00 USD International Priority Mail or $45.00 USD International Express Mail (postage to mail back testing materials for scoring not included). International Priority Mail delivery in 6 - 10 business days, International Express Mail delivery in 3 - 5 business days.
Instructions for taking and mailing the career testing kit are included with the testing materials.
The Careefinder Program Policy
The Careerfinder Program includes aptitude testing materials, scoring and evaluation of the test results and a single 1.5-hour talent profile consultation (the assessment results interpretation session) with a Pathfinders career coach to discuss your results and career path possibilities.
You may schedule your talent profile interpretation session at your convenience. Most of our clients participate in their interpretation session soon after they receive their career testing results. Others may wait several months to participate in their results interpretation session. If necessary, you may wait up to 2 years after the date of purchase before scheduling and conducting your profile interpretation session. Anytime beyond the 2 year date, you may receive the interpretation consultation for an extra charge of $150.00 US Dollars.
You may return the Careerfinder Program materials in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We do not offer a refund if you use the Careerfinder aptitude testing materials in total or in part, or if you take the aptitude testing and send it in for scoring and evaluation but do not schedule or make use of the interpretation consultation.
Career Change Program Policy
Our Career Change Program (Classic Package of 7 sessions) begins with the same aptitude assessement described above and continues with a series of one-on-one career coaching sessions. This program is a course to guide you through a step-by-step method of designing and choosing your new or next career path. Pathfinders' commitment is to guide you in making a career choice you are confident about.
On average, our clients finish the full program in 7 sessions; some people finish the program in fewer sessions and others may take longer to cross the finish line. Pathfinders does not offer a partial or prorated refund if the program is finished in just a few sessions. This program is not priced on a specific number of sessions; rather, it is a "body of knowledge and wisdom" that includes proprietary tools, methods and coaching know-how to assist you in making a career choice. If you require more than 7 sessions, Pathfinders will happily continue working with you, at our discretion, so long has you have been actively engaged and participating fully in your program.
Pathfinders does not offer a refund if you decide to quit, drop out, or stop participating in the program for any reason.
Pathfinders does not promise or make any warranties that you will land a new job or make a complete career change "during" the course of your program, although many people do and most get the ball rolling in a new direction much quicker with our methods than the industry average.
Pathfinders does not offer résumé writing or job placement services as a part of this program, however, we can refer you to a résumé expert.
Pathfinders reserves the right to change or amend these policies and fees at any time.
