Expert Analysis: Anthony Spadafore has 25 years of experience and has helped more than 3,500 highly educated people from all professions uncover their talents and make career choices and changes. Anthony specializes in natural talent assessment testing and co-pioneered the career design approach; he is the coauthor of the career design guide, Now What? The Young Person’s Guide to Choosing the Perfect Career. 

One Talent Profile Consultation: a one-on-one, highly personalized 1.5 hour consultation with Anthony to uncover your strengths and interpret your natural talent profile.

Recommendations for Next Steps: after the results consultation, you’ll receive customized wrap up recommendations to help you build on the insights you’ve gleaned from your aptitudes and traits.

Duration: The Careerfinder testing and initial test results consultation can be completed within 2 to 3 weeks from the date you send back the testing to be scored.

Price: $750.00 U.S. Dollars

Scalable: The Careerfinder can be upgraded to the Quest or CareerCX programs. We credit forward the bulk of the amount paid for your initial program.*

*For test interpretations, coaching sessions and upgrades conducted after 1 year of your initial program start date, we add a $150 course refresher fee.

International Orders: DHL Express, rates vary by country.  Delivery estimate: 3 – 5 business days with tracking. Postage to mail back completed tests NOT included. You may scan your completed tests and send us a PDF by email to save on the test return shipping.
