Yes, Pathfinders has advised many recent college graduates. Once out of college, young professionals typically spend a few years testing themselves in the work world. After a few job hops, some begin to question whether they are in the right career ballpark. This is quite common— many young people fall into careers without doing enough research, or just weren’t ready to do what it takes to make a good choice when they went to college.

We work directly with the young professional by measuring their innate abilities, natural talents, and personality traits with our Careerfinder Program.
