Our Careerfinder Program steps you through a professional battery of 12 cognitive ability performance tests and a powerful personality test. The assessment period is three hours in duration, taken in the convenience of your home. All you need is some sharp pencils, an mp3 player and a quiet space to take the testing.

Once your testing is scored, your next step would be to study your results by listening to an mp3 “talent seminar” that defines and explains each talent, ability, and personality trait in detail. The final step is to meet with a senior career consultant to customize your results during a 90 minute talent profile consultation. The total time commitment on your part is about 6 hours (including taking the test, studying your results, and meeting for the consultation).
